The website and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to 3D architectural models, WebGL graphics, engineering specifications, text, and design—are owned by Mechtell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site strictly in accordance with these Terms. No part of our digital infrastructure or engineering schematics may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or distributed without express written consent.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Mechtell that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

• Use the site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site's WebGL or server infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Mechtell server.
• Scrape, datamine, or extract engineering data, project portfolios, or employee information using automated systems.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Mechtell makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information and engineering portfolios contained on the site for any purpose.

All such information is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. Mechtell hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
